How To: Pause action in videos using Windows Movie Maker

Short tutorial on how to pause or freeze your video during playback.

Useful if :
1) Recording a vlog or other video and want to include additional information or audio without recording new video.
2) You want to save the viewer the inconvenience of manually pausing playback when you wish to display a large amount of text during a video.
